Offering personal training, sports massage, and running coaching across Helston and the surrounding areas. Whether you are completely new to fitness or looking to rebuild your confidence, every session is designed to ensure you are progressing only when you feel ready.

Specialist training for adults and children living with chronic health conditions, such as, anxiety, depression, stress, asthma, COPD, arthritis, CHD, obesity, diabetes, lower back pain, and joint replacement. Training is safe, appropriate and effective, and suitable for complete beginners to exercise and those returning after illness or injury, including runners.

Training can take place at King Gym in Helston, in the comfort of your own home, or outdoor spaces, giving you complete flexibility to train where you feel most comfortable. Sports massage therapy is offered from a dedicated clinic in Helston.

With a supportive, personalised approach, you can build strength, improve mobility, boost running performance, manage chronic health conditions and move better in everyday life. No pressure. No judgement. Just clear guidance, steady progress, and training built entirely around you.
