Bespoke personal training offering a unique and welcoming environment for everyone looking to lose weight, build strength, increase fitness, confidence, and overall wellbeing. I have additional training and experience enabling me to specialise in helping children and adults living with chronic health conditions, including; anxiety, depression, stress, obesity. diabetes, COPD, asthma, CHD, arthritis, osteoporosis, back pain and joint replacement. 

Whether you're completely new to fitness or returning after a break, sessions are designed around your individual goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. I focus on making movement enjoyable, accessible, and sustainable – no intimidating approaches, just supportive coaching and a relaxed setting.

With access to both indoor and outdoor spaces, you'll enjoy a variety of low-pressure training styles – from gentle strength work, flexibility and mobility, to core stability and functional fitness – all tailored to support your personal journey, helping you feel your best version of your self.

Don't want to train alone? 

I offer group personal training and can train you and up to 3 of your friends. Group personal training is perfect for you if you have the same fitness goal(s) and training availability.

 

I offer a free consultation, giving you the opportunity to discuss your health and fitness goals, to ask any questions you may have, and most importantly, to ensure I can meet your training needs.
