Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, boost confidence, or simply feel better day to day, everything is tailored around you.

I bring additional training and experience in supporting both children and adults living with chronic health conditions, including anxiety, depression, stress, obesity, diabetes, COPD, asthma, CHD, arthritis, osteoporosis, back pain, and joint replacement. Your programme is built with care, understanding, and your long-term health in mind.

Whether you're completely new to fitness or returning after time away, your plan is designed around your individual goals, current fitness level, lifestyle, and any limitations. Through a combination of structured programming, regular check-ins, and ongoing support, I make fitness accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable — no intimidating approaches, just guidance you can trust.

You’ll receive a personalised training plan that can be done at home, outdoors, or in the gym, using equipment you have available (or none at all). Sessions may include a mix of gentle strength work, mobility and flexibility, core stability, and functional fitness — all adapted as you progress.

With ongoing communication, accountability, and coaching support, you’ll never feel like you're doing it alone. The focus is on helping you build confidence, stay consistent, and move towards feeling like the best version of yourself.
