Case Study Application
My Case Study programs are designed to provide accessible, inclusive, and specialist-led physical activity support for individuals living with chronic health conditions and co-morbidities. As part of our commitment to community wellbeing, these programs are offered as significantly reduced-price personal training, helping to remove financial barriers while maintaining a high standard of professional care.
Step 1: Complete the Application Form
To apply, you must complete the Case Study application form via the link provided below. All information submitted will be stored securely and managed in line with the Privacy Policy. The information you provide allows me to understand your health background, goals, and circumstances so I can determine the most appropriate support for you.
Step 2: Application Review
Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by a qualified Physical Activity and Referral Practitioner. Unlike standard personal trainers, the practitioner is fully qualified and insured to work with people living with a wide range of health conditions and co-morbidities, including (but not limited to):

Cardiovascular Diseases: Hypertension, coronary artery disease, high blood pressure

Diabetes: Type 1 diabetes, Type 2 diabetes, prediabetes

Respiratory Diseases: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma

Musculoskeletal Issues: Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic back pain, osteoporosis

Mental Health Conditions: Depression, anxiety, stress-related disorders

Obesity & Metabolic Syndrome: Overweight, obesity, metabolic syndrome
Training programs are designed in line with your individual health needs, abilities, and goals, ensuring sessions are safe, appropriate, and evidence-informed.
Step 3: Outcome & Next Steps
Following review, the practitioner will be in touch to let you know whether your application has been successful.
In some circumstances, you may:

Be recommended a different case study or program that better suits your individual needs and health considerations.
My priority is always to ensure you are placed on a program that is safe, appropriate, and genuinely beneficial for your wellbeing.
Inclusive & Flexible Training Options
Training programs are individually designed to reflect your health needs, abilities, and personal goals. If you prefer not to train alone, sessions can be delivered to you and up to three friends, allowing you to train in a supportive and familiar environment.
An optional support group is also available for those who wish to connect with like-minded individuals who are participating in the program. This group provides an opportunity for encouragement, shared experiences, and community support, though participation is entirely optional.
By offering reduced-cost, specialist personal training, these Case Study programs aim to make a meaningful contribution to community health—supporting both physical and mental wellbeing through safe, personalised, and compassionate practice.
