Mental Wellbeing Program

The #TrainwithJosh Mental Wellbeing Physical Activity Program is a limited-space, reduced-price personal training initiative designed specifically for adults and children living with a mental health condition who want to improve both their physical and mental wellbeing in a safe, supportive environment.

This program is delivered by a qualified Physical Activity Practitioner specialising in Mental Health, ensuring sessions are inclusive, understanding, and tailored to your individual needs and abilities. Individuals with co-morbidities such as arthritis, obesity, asthma, or similar health considerations are very welcome to apply.

What the Program Includes:

  • 1 x weekly 1-to-1 personal training session

  • A personalised physical activity program

  • Health and wellness assessment

  • Nutrition analysis to support overall wellbeing

  • Contact with Physical Activity and Health Specialist between face to face sessions to keep you on track

  • Optional access to the #TrainwithJosh support group, connecting you with like-minded people on a similar journey

All sessions are designed to build confidence, improve physical capacity, and support positive mental health outcomes—at your pace, in a non-judgemental space.

To ensure the program reaches those who will benefit most, participation is by application only.
